Hi I'm Michelle. I am the family support lead, deputy safeguarding lead and dad's champion for North Prospect Family Hub.

I have worked in the area for over twenty years and have been on quite a journey with various roles and responsibilities. I initially became part of the centre as a parent receiving support through the Sure Start Program and through this began volunteering with a befriending service the centre offered. This then developed into a permanent role which included becoming a Communications Champion, lead on Step by Step and Outreach work.

I am very passionate about the support families receive from our organisation and feel with a listening ear and through small steps families can be empowered to thrive and flourish. I work with a great team who are as equally passionate as myself and endeavour to do their best for parents, carers and children.
