Circle of security
FOR DAYS AND TIMES CONTACT 01752 313293 OR EMAIL ADMIN@LARKCLUSTER.CO.UK
This is an 8-week course (1 day per week) that looks at supporting and developing knowledge around attachment.
Secure attachment relationships with caregivers are a protective factor for infants and preschoolers, and they set the foundation for social competence and promote effective functioning of the emotion regulation and stress response systems. The course aims to create lasting change in the attachment relationship that comes from caregivers’ developing specific relationship capacities rather than learning techniques to manage behaviour.
The course is based on the principle that all caregivers want what is best for their children.

The Freedom Programme
FOR DAYS AND TIMES CONTACT 01752 313293 OR EMAIL ADMIN@LARKCLUSTER.CO.UK
The Freedom Programme is a domestic violence programme (created by Pat Craven who holds the copyright (all rights reserved)) and evolved from her work with perpetrators of domestic violence. This is an informative and educational programme (as opposed to therapeutic).
This Programme is designed for women as victims of domestic abuse, since research shows that in the vast majority of cases of serious abuse are male to female. The Freedom Programme examines the roles played by attitudes and beliefs on the actions of abusive men and the responses of victims and survivors. The aim is to help make sense of and understand what has happened, instead of the whole experience just feeling like a horrible mess.
The Freedom Programme also describes in detail how children are affected by being exposed to this kind of abuse and very importantly how their lives are improved when the abuse is removed.
Due to the sensitivity of this course, we ask that you make contact to discuss in confidence any needs or concerns you may have so that we can ensure you are looked after and supported to access this course effectively. We understand that the course content is highly emotive and we want to ensure you feel safe and able to access this in the best way possible.
